As a 501(c)3 non-profit, the Marshall Community Council (MCC) is governed by a set of Bylaws.
This past academic year, the MCC has been working to update its Bylaws, to address evolving needs of our organization. Our current version just approved by the General Membership present at the MCC Board Meeting 10 April 2018, is posted below.
